Online or in person. ***If you select any of healing studios and our ancestors and guides would prefer you be at the online, we will inform you asap to change the location. We have to respect and follow the direction of spirit when it comes to these things. In addition if our spirit guides or yours tell us that they prefer we meet via distance we will issue a partial refund to meet with you via zoom if interested, if not we will issue a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. There are no refunds for purchased appointments, packages, or gift certificates however if you need to cancel your appointment and do so 48 hours before the appointment time you will be able to reschedule it to another date. If there is a late cancel or no-show appointment the card on file will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $100
